Andrew Sitar
Coach Andrew Sitar brings over 25 years of experience in the sport of flag football as both a player and coach. He is the Owner and Operator of the Spring Hill NFL Flag Football League in Spring Hill, Florida, a program he has successfully led for the past eight years. His passion for the game has taken him across the country, coaching in numerous regional, NFL Pro Bowl, and World Championship tournaments.
For the past three years, Coach Sitar has served as a varsity football coach at a local high school in Hernando County, guiding his team to two state playoff appearances. In 2024, he was honored as a finalist for the NFL Flag Coach of the Year and was named the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Nike High School Varsity Girls Coach of the Week.
A proud husband and father of two sons, ages 16 and 11, Coach Sitar is committed to teaching and growing the game he loves. With flag football set to debut on the Olympic stage in 2028, he is dedicated to preparing the next generation of athletes to compete and excel as the sport continues to expand globally.
